RAIDS Final Manuscript Submission Guidelines

Please carefully review and follow the instructions below when preparing and submitting your final camera-ready manuscript for the Rwanda AI & Data Science Conference and Cybersecurity (RAIDS).

Overview

Authors of accepted papers are required to submit a final camera-ready version of their manuscript that fully addresses reviewers’ comments and adheres strictly to RAIDS formatting and submission requirements.

Step 1: Review and Revise Your Final Manuscript

  • Address all reviewers’ comments thoroughly and accurately
  • Ensure all figures and tables are high quality and clearly readable
  • Do not include titles such as “Dr.” or “Prof.” or job positions before author names
  • Confirm that the title, authors, affiliations, and abstract reflect the final version

Step 2: Submit the Camera-Ready Paper via EasyChair

The deadline for submitting the final Camera-Ready manuscript is November 5, 2026.

  • Log in to EasyChair using the Author role
  • Upload the final camera-ready PDF
  • Verify that all revisions requested by reviewers have been implemented
  • Ensure formatting complies fully with RAIDS guidelines
  • Reconfirm accuracy of title, authors, and abstract details

Step 3: Registration Requirement

  • Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author
  • Registration is mandatory for inclusion in the conference program
  • Failure to register may result in removal from the proceedings

Publication & Indexing

  • Accepted oral presentation papers will be published in the RAIDS Proceedings
  • Each manuscript will be assigned a DOI through CrossRef
  • Individual papers will be indexed by scholarly search engines such as Google Scholar
  • The RAIDS Proceedings will be archived with Portico for long-term digital preservation

Important Reminder

Only fully compliant, camera-ready manuscripts submitted before the deadline and accompanied by a valid registration will be included in the official RAIDS Proceedings.
