All individuals involved in reviewing submissions for the RAIDS Conference and its associated events are expected to adhere strictly to the ethical principles outlined below.
Reviewers who are unable to comply with these guidelines must notify the Program Chairs immediately. By accepting a review invitation, reviewers acknowledge their responsibility to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Conduct evaluations impartially, providing respectful and constructive feedback to all authors.
Disclose any conflicts that may affect objectivity and decline reviews where impartiality is compromised.
Refrain from reviewing submissions from authors at your own institution or close collaborators.
Evaluate submissions solely on scholarly quality, independent of personal or institutional background.
Maintain strict confidentiality and do not share or misuse information obtained during review.
Identify and report any suspected plagiarism immediately, recognizing it as a serious ethical violation.
Adhere to all review deadlines and provide thorough, high-quality feedback as required by RAIDS Chairs.
