The deadline for abstract and full paper submissions is July 25, 2026. The submission portal opens on April 20, 2026.
What are the registration fees?

Do I need a visa to attend in Rwanda?
Rwanda offers visa-on-arrival for all African Union citizens and e-visa for most other nationalities. You can apply online at irembo.gov.rw with processing taking 24-72 hours.
Will papers be published in proceedings?
Yes, accepted full papers will be published in indexed conference proceedings. Selected papers may also be invited for extended publication in partner journals.
